Ishay Erel - CEO & Founder

Ishay Erel is the CEO of Altam Capital which he founded in 2009 in partnership with other business partners. Ishay was involved in transactions , bids and other consulting missions in the Infrastructure & real estate arenas worth more than US$ 10Bn.

Ishay is a seasoned Project Finance & PPP expert,Investment Banking executive and business entrepreneur with more than 25 years of outstanding business experience.He has worked both in large Industrial groups and in smaller platforms. Ishay boasts an extensive track record in the Israeli market together with significant advisory experience gained in CEE, SEE, CIS regions as well as Western Europe and India.

Amongst the most prominent assignments that he direced in the Infrastructure projects are the Jerusalem LRT,PFI Roads 431& 531, several Desalination plants, Dorad 800MW IPP, a breakthrough Telecom Project in India etc.

In Real Estate Financial Advisory Ishay directed and steered numerous  development and acquisition transactions totaling in excess of US$ 1Bn mostly in CEE &CIS countries as well as in several Western European countries (e.g. Germany, Italy) and Canada.

Ishay has served on several Board of Directors including the  Israeli  trading subsidiary of BOC Gases UK, Yelin Lapidot Provident Funds Management,Phoenix Capital and few other entities.

Ishay holds a B.Sc in Industrial Engineering & Management from the Technion in Haifa, Israel and an MBA from INSEAD, France.

Ishay is currently a member of the general council and finance committee of ALUT -The Israeli society for autistic children and a mentor in Shemesh Fund for young entrpreners.

Itzhak Hevron - Associate Advisor

  • Served as CFO of one of the biggest Israeli construction companies: Dania Cebus

  • Involved in leading major PPP tenders and actual financial close transactions such Cross Israel Highway, PFI Road 431 , Students dormitories, Government main  office in Tel-Aviv

  • Former CEO of a medium size Infrastructure building company; A. Arenson

  • Holds an MBA and M.A in Industrial engineering and Management from Tel-Aviv University

Sagy Fabri - Associate Advisor

  • Over 15 years of Financial advisory and Financial management experience, with substantial expertise in business planning, capital formation through venture capital and international tax laws; 

  • Financial and Economic Advisor to China Direct Sourcing a China based group engaged in manufacturing and supply of various systems and components to Solar Energy plants

  • Served as CFO for companies in the software, Chip development, and manufacturing sectors;

  • Possess vast experience in developing business in Far East Asia (China, Hong Kong and etc) and mainly acting as financial advisor to a real estate development company; 

  • Holds B.A in Accountancy and Finance, Master in Laws -L.L.M (Bar - Ilan University, Israel) and is a Certified Public Accountant

 Tzachi Chodnik - Associate Advisor

  • Over 15 years of experience in providing Financial & Economic Advisory for large scale projects , Investment Banking services ,Real Estate advisory and assets' management;

  • Extensive Experience in Real Estate valuation and Land development economics

  • Extensive involvement in capital raising assignments ,project finance ,assets valuations , conducting DD services for large scale commercial large scale real estate development projects and assets;

  • Holds an MBA from Bar Ilan University and a qualified Real Estate Surveyor

Moshe Goldstein - Associate Advisor

  • Former VP Finance  and SVP projects at IDE Technologies ,a world leader in the water desalination sector

  • More than 25 years of professional experience in the water treatment and desalination sector

  • Extensive expertise and track record  in carrying out and financing large scale EPC projects, BOT schemes ,O&M activities in the water treatment

  • Holds a BA in Economics and Statistics from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem, and an MBA from Tel Aviv University majoring in business administration and finance.
