• 50MM3 Water Desalination Plant in Ashkelon:USD$ 50M,advising the  bidding Consortium headed by Ionics USA and Baran Engineering group.

• Hadera 100 MM3 Desalination plant :USD$ 300M,financial advisory to a bidding Consortium headed by GE & Danya Cebus.

• Arranging Debt Finance facility for Cellular Communications Towers project in India : USD$ 12M ,advising  TVI for a first tranche of a bridge finance facility.

• Integrated hospitality resort in Estonia :Concept & usage defintion for the land ,Business development and Financial Advisory in connecion with a large scale hospitality resort to be erected near Tallinn.

• 800 MW Independent Power Plant (IPP) Dorad :USD$ 1.1 Bn, Financial Advisory to a syndicate of Institutional Investors led by Clal Insurance group in connection with a combined cycle natural gas-fired power plant subsequently erected in the South of Israel.

• Advising and supporting a specialized International Contractor  in its bid concerning a major vertical shaft & tunneling project in connection with the Gilboa pumped storage energy project in Israel.

• Ministry of Energy, Israel : Advising on policy subjects investigated by the Zemach Commitee regarding national policy for Natural Gas  – joint  advisory team together with Sund Energy Norway .

• Large scale PFI Football Stadium & associated Commercial real estate development Project in Northern Italy :  > € 250M development project, working with an International Investor. Devising and developing the underlying  concept and mix of usages for the site,preparing multiple financial and business models, structuring the financing plan,search for strategic partners and operators,accompanying the negotiations with the local municiplaity  carried over a three years period.
